The operation of multiple accounts by a single player — whether under different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, velkibd reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any bonuses credited across those accounts, and withhold any winnings generated through the use of multiple accounts pending investigation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. velkibd will never ask you to provide your password via email or any other communication channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify velkibd immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.
velkibd operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with standard international gaming platform practice. You may be required to provide copies of government-issued identity documents, proof of residential address, and proof of ownership of any payment method used for deposits or withdrawals before a withdrawal request can be processed. Providing fraudulent or altered documentation constitutes a serious breach of this Agreement and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
velkibd supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards issued by Bangladesh banks. Additional payment methods may be added or removed from time to time at velkibd's discretion.
Deposits are credited to your velkibd account balance in Bangladeshi Taka. The minimum deposit amount via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is ৳500. Deposits are typically processed instantly. In rare cases where a deposit is not reflected in your account within 30 minutes of the transaction, please contact support with your transaction reference number. velkibd does not charge deposit fees for Bangladesh-issued payment methods, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions: (a) your account must have successfully completed identity verification (KYC); (b) any active bonus wagering requirements must be fully met before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn; (c) the withdrawal must be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by the support team. Withdrawal processing times are typically 2–6 hours for mobile financial service methods during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours and within 1–3 business days for bank transfers.
velkibd reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals that appear inconsistent with normal account activity, or that are suspected to be connected with fraudulent, collusive, or bonus-abuse behaviour, may be placed on hold pending investigation. If an investigation concludes that a breach of these Terms has occurred, the withdrawal may be voided and the account may be closed.
velkibd offers promotional bonuses to new and existing players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL cricket season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other events on the Bangladeshi calendar. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published alongside the promotion on the Platform and must be read carefully before opting in.
All bonus funds credited to your account are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x, 40x) and eligible game categories are specified in the individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements not met within the stated expiry period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited automatically.
Attempting to circumvent bonus terms through strategies such as low-risk hedging bets, arbitrage across accounts, or collusion with other players to accumulate bonus funds constitutes bonus abuse and is strictly prohibited. velkibd employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse patterns. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have associated bonuses and winnings voided and may be subject to permanent closure.
velkibd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any change to a promotion will not affect bets or wagers already validly placed under the original promotion terms before the change takes effect. Promotions are available to eligible players in the Bangladesh market only, unless otherwise stated.
All games available at velkibd are provided by certified third-party game studios, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. By using the velkibd platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, honest, and responsible manner at all times. The following actions are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of this Agreement:
Either party may terminate the player account relationship at any time and for any reason, subject to the conditions set out in this section.
You may request the closure of your velkibd account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawal requests will be settled and any remaining account balance will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to standard verification requirements. Accounts closed at the player's request may be reopened upon application to support, unless the account was closed as part of a self-exclusion arrangement — in which case the self-exclusion period must elapse before reinstatement can be considered.
velkibd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player account at its sole discretion in any of the following circumstances: (a) breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions; (b) suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illicit activity; (c) failure to satisfy identity verification requirements within a reasonable timeframe; (d) account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive calendar months; (e) receipt of a valid legal order requiring account restriction or closure; or (f) any other circumstance in which continued operation of the account is considered by velkibd to be contrary to the Platform's legal or regulatory obligations.
An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or real-money wager has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive calendar months. velkibd will notify the registered email address prior to applying any dormancy-related measure. If the account remains inactive following notification, an inactivity administration fee of ৳200 per month may be deducted from the remaining balance. Accounts with a zero balance will be closed after the applicable dormancy period.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, velkibd's total liability to any player in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to the use of the Platform — whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
velkibd expressly excludes all liability for: (a) loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities; (b) indirect, consequential, or incidental losses of any kind; (c) losses arising from interruption of service due to scheduled or emergency maintenance, technical failures, or force majeure events; (d) losses or damages arising from a player's reliance on information published on the Platform that is subsequently found to contain errors or inaccuracies; or (e) losses arising from a player's failure to comply with the security obligations set out in Section 3.2 of this Agreement.
Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits velkibd's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
velkibd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, notice will be provided via the registered email address and/or a prominent notice on the Platform homepage at least seven (7) calendar days before the changes take effect, except where immediate implementation is required by law or to address an urgent security issue. Your continued use of the Platform after the stated effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remainder of the Agreement and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any product-specific terms referenced herein, constitutes the entire agreement between you and velkibd with respect to your use of the Platform and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any nature relating to the same subject matter.
